Warlamis knew the History of Art well, in fact he often copied works by great painters as an exercise and as an apprenticeship and researched their themes and techniques. In his works he included themes or excerpts from various works, utilizing the already existing artistic experience and this method confirmed in practice the saying of the great thinker Andr\u00e9 Malraux about the \u201cImaginary Museum\u201d that connects all works of art with each other.<\/p>

In many of his works there are references to some of the world’s most famous painters, while in others he copies a part of their work or even recreates it, in a certain way a variation. At other times, being in a dialogue with a specific artist, he transfers one of his works to today’s reality. It is a very interesting process, familiar of course to all the great painters of modern times. Warlamis also wanted in this way to remind us of these great painters and to stimulate us to study their work and life. And this is because their works are always timeless, since they refer to universal human values, anxieties and problems of people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
