MOTHER OLYMPIAD (2004)
When Greece hosted the Olympic Games in 2004, Warlamis had the wonderful idea of honoring with a work of his not the Olympic champions, but the mothers of the athletes and by extension the concept of motherhood.
His idea was well received and thus the visual art collection he created with the title “MOTHER OLYMPIAD, THE POWER OF LOVE” was officially presented during the Olympic Games at the Zappeion Megaron.
The success was enormous because it was based on a universal human value that was common to every person. The collection includes 86 medium and large paintings and the opening of the exhibition at the Zappeion was accompanied by his original music by the late contemporary creator, Professor Theodoros Antoniou.

he himself writes...
From the first moment my care turned to the “insignificant” things that could complete the greatness of our Olympiad. As a center I identified Manna. The Manna of the athlete, the Manna of the athlete, the Manna of the winner and the Manna of the loser, the Peruvian Manna, the Chinese, the Cypriot, the American. The heartbeats, the prayers, the wishes and the blessings… I am absolutely certain that this work of mine will radically change the content of the Olympic Victory. The Olympic Victory of the Mother who secures the human race, the strength and the overcoming of the ordinary, the calculable, the male arrogance with the mystery of psychokinesis.
